We absolutely love the Yardworks products.
Our land was all hard red clay and within one season of using a mix of the McGill’s Soil Builder compost and YW Organic Growing media - we have thriving first year flower beds!

The McGill’s is VERY effective but strong! We usually do 1 yard McGills to every 3 yards Organic Growing Media - and a 50/50 mix of the YW soil and our native red clay when planting.

We’ve planted roses, a large variety of flowering perennials, butterfly, lilac and hydrangea shrubs - along with crape myrtle, fringe and dogwood trees. Everything has adapted to our land well with our amended YW soil + red clay mixture.

Additionally the drivers are wonderful. I have a very large flower bed next to the driveway, and they are extremely careful to confirm the drop spot and not hit my flowers 🙂

The pricing did go up this year, but we have had such a great experience with customer service and their soil + mulch products - they are the go-to for our Rockville landscaping.

Website makes it easy to choose and order products, and the delivery communication was great.

Scheduled using their online portal, set schedule, price was fair. They called the morning of delivery to give us a heads up. Dropped it in the right spot. Would recommend and will use again. Thanks!
