What are the delivery fees?
The delivery fee is $0.00 – that’s right, we deliver quality landscape supplies to your driveway with no delivery charge!
Where will my delivery be put?
Because we require large trucks to deliver our bulk orders, we can only place the product on hard surfaces. Most of our deliveries are placed on customers’ driveways. If you lay down a tarp, we can place the order on it or if you let us know, we can add a tarp to your order.
How do I know when my order is going to be delivered?
After placing your order online, a Yard Works representative will contact you to confirm the order and schedule a delivery date.
Do I need to be home for the delivery?
No, you do not need to be home for the delivery. Yard Works makes the process convenient, ensuring your order is placed securely even in your absence.
What precautions should I take with designer-colored mulch?
Designer-colored mulch (e.g., Jet Black, Brown, Auburn, Bright Red) needs 24–48 hours without rain, moisture, or irrigation to dry fully after being spread. This ensures the color remains vibrant and does not bleed out.
Does you offer products for commercial projects?
Yes, we support commercial projects by providing wholesale landscape supplies, biofilter soils, recycling services, and blower service.
